We do our very best to accurately describe all items in our store, thru product descriptions and pictures. If you have a question please ask. Understand a majority of the items we sell are hand-crafted. This means you get a unique one of a kind item. Since these items are made by a human, there will be imperfections, we consider these to be character and adds to the charm of why you'd want a handmade item in the first place. Please know this going in, if you want meticulous precision (which I can also appreciate), we aren't the business for you, BUT maybe we can direct you, please ask... it's your money, get what you want!
